START ASKING QUESTIONS, in NIGERIA. Boko Haram and others

Major infrastructural & institutional decay and lack of selfless development of already brilliantly drafted road maps (Frameworks) means we cannot expect the #Nigerian government to respond to incidents normally in this 21st Century that is driven my data and Information Technology The Federal Ministry of Communication Technology - Nigeria. Over 200 Girls are missing and yet the Government seems to have no clue on where to look who to accuse, or any sting of hope. After having to many annoying days reading about this incident i am now relating the issue to the minutest section of our country that is always neglected.

I can think of several Plans, Bills, #MoU's #Frameworks and Policies or what ever the name given to them, like;
 amongst others which can drive development very very fast and also, are one of those little insignificant things that needs to be properly initiated and delivered before we can now begin to talk about a country heading towards a 3% increase in security.
How can a security outfit respond an emergency call, where either Network problem will first prevent the callers from getting through or the receivers from acknowledging the call, how can they get to the location when addresses and naming of streets are just a piece of Joke.
Now take another instance, Thursday 1st May was workers day and Wednesday was the last day before public holiday, so many individuals would have had their money stuck in the ATM machine and have filed a Card Dispute form, Most big Banks like #GTbank, #Diamond, #Firstbank are all partakers in this flawed system, while they have found a way to mitigate it, it still remains a fact that big financial institutions like that are slow to herald a Fibre Optics cable penetration to at-least each and every city in a state as this will reduce the Network lag the makes banking system in #Nigeria fail in excellence of service.
**************************************************************************
How can various security outfits like, Police, Military and SSS collaborate in sharing information effectively without altering it for one's personal gain where all these outfits uses completely different systems which are not open for collaboration or complete outdated or manual.

 **************************************************************************

Example;
Websites like Open Data for Nigeria   which has been developed, but, if you take a look at the number of article sighting that the purpose for the website is to provide numerous information about Nigeria   but i the number of article in it tells that the people in-charge just used it as a medium to collect money from the Government, because such a website was supposed to contain lots or information about all the ministries in the country. This means some people have just made millions or Naira without anyone asking a question!!! Cases like this happens daily in Nigeria that dilutes to good made by some few in the country making most of her institutions and infrastructure to stay in a non-palatable state. That's why they say ' you can make a lot of money in Nigeria, this is one of the ways, collect a project do it and leave it to decay, "who cares! by the way i've already made my money out of it"

**************************************************************************

In conclusion, i do not think our military, security outfits or government are equipped for non-conventional warfare, or fight like such as #BokoHaram or any individual group that kills in the name of Bokoharam or for political point. In this case the only solution is for us citizens to have a structured approach to demand for Accountability and progress in any plan, roadmap or framework, and also Physically DEMAND FOR JUSTICE. The system is failing or has failed, i don't know, because it seems for each of those plans initiated by the senates or Ministries in Nigeria are Profits for individual people instead of something substantial.

**************************************************************************

The anger in one's heart will not allow my words to come  out arranged, however, we the young people should START ASKING QUESTIONS, Start asking your Local government chairman about the money allocated to the local government for that month, ASK YOUR House or reps members, ask your chiefs, lets leave the Jonathan alone for now as most of out villages is/are very far from Aso rock, Start asking the contractors building the road, when it will be completed, START ASKING  your university professors what research they have come up with ever since that is or will be useful for Nigeria and not just striking.

 **************************************************************************
The truth remains that if we ever in the slightest chance want our Nigeria to be Good one day, we must START ASKING QUESTIONS, we must DEMAND ACCOUNTABILITY and JUSTICE every day every time and everywhere. we must STOP BEING a PASSIVE citizen, the MORE the PASSIVE Nigerian there are, the more deep we plunge into #chaos , the more Nigerians we have who ask questions the brighter our light of hope shines.

Now to the current issue the questions should be,
  1. Where are our girls?
  2. Why has boko haram been so powerful than the Nigerian Military?
  3. From which State, had our Girls kidnapped?
  4. What has the Local Government done since?
  5. What has the State Government done since?
  6. What has the Federal Government done since?
  7. What has the Nigerian Military Done?
  8. Have the SSS acquired any important information that might lead us to the girls?
  9. Why is Jonathan at fault?
  10. Is Jonathan at fault?
  11. How does Boko haram acquire their weapons?
  12. Do they communicate through mobile phones?
  13. Are they Nigerians? if not how do they get into the country?
  14. Who Sponsors boko haram?
  15. How many Nigerians have been killed by a Boko Haram related incident over the last 5 years?
  16. Who is Shekau?   **is he Dead? ** When was he Killed? **
If half of these questions are answered, then we might have solved our problems half way.
