The Red jeep was hijacked and used for joke with the Garde (Police in Ireland), the joke is became even more serious, many people were injured including Garda officers (Police).
I can't say for sure if he is a lunatic or joker but the guy surely did have something up his head to put a large number of lives at risk.
 though it happened long time ago, but the scene sparks laughter and thats why i'm sharing it with you News report on the incident very funny
