Well Neon effect is no new thing now on football Jersey, i wonder why? but if they were able come up with the first 3D football Kit last year then this should not be a Surprise to any one. You could imagine just coming straight from the cinema with your 3D glasses to the field to watch a match and notice the kits are also just like the movie you saw {lol} well all fantasy you might say.

According to Adidas, the design is an homage to the city of Lyon, which goes by the nickname “The Capital of Lights” thanks to its famous annual "Festival of Lights", or “La Fête des Lumières” if you’d prefer the local parlance. 

As you can see it looks simple and nice, i guess during one pre-match ceremony lights will be turned off so the fans can appreciate the Neon lights that will emanate from the Jersey or during any high-profile match including (champions league, cup finals, or knock-outs phases) when they really need a miracle, the stadium lights can be turned off giving advantage to them via theor Neon light fitted jersey seeing will be no problem.
